Our returns policy is simple!
The Floridetti guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us unused and in its original condition with in 7 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

As many of our products are 'one-offs' it’s not always possible to replace your purchase with an exact replacement. We will contact you personally if this is the case.

(You must login to the website using your current username and password. Proceed to the Order Management page and then to the purchase you wish to return).
Only items purchased that have been ordered within the last 7 days will show.
If you're like me thou and you think this sounds like hassle then just send us an email to expect it back or call us; and, as long as it's back within reasonable time of the 7 days and you truly have not worn it; then there's no problem. We will refund you.
Faulty or defective items
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is damaged, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us.
You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping.
The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Changed your mind?
Items returned because of a change of mind must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition, otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
Returning a gift?
We are happy to exchange damaged items that have been sent to you as a gift. If you are returning an item but would like to exchange it for something else and you're not sure what, we are happy to issue a gift voucher for the value of the item you are returning. If a refund is required however, please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
Items that are lost in return transit
Floridetti.com cannot be held responsible for packages lost in return transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Special Delivery, with sufficient cover.
Refunds, replacement and exchanges
Refunds for items that are damaged and sent back to Floridetti Ltd within 7 days or the result of a Change of mind and returned to Floridetti Ltd within 7 days, a refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).
A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note that item(s) that are returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Please note, in all circumstances Floridetti Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
